Two from One- Apartment in Athens

Located in the heart of Athens in Vassilis Sofias, one of the most important avenues of Athens, the owner of this 3rd floor apartment decided to add value to his existing property. Our design team after carefully studying the existing structural layout, decided that it was feasible  to  split the existing apartment into two new ones. The design approach is to create two distinct apartments with private entrance for each one, that will express elements of the character of the 60’s Athenian apartment, while blending new elements that serve well the modern living.
